Today was another early exercise day. I had another workout invite on WOWY from DaleBramall again (same person from yesterday's invite), but this time it was for 6am (PST)! I really tried to be ready and push play at 6, but it was really hard. I ended up starting at 6:30am instead (better than nothing). I did "Ramp It Up!" again, and calculated that I have 4 more days on Phase 2 before switching to phase 3 "Burn It Up!" That means that Friday is my last day doing this phase. *biting fingernails*
I really hope I'm strong enough to move on. I feel like I have really improved. I am excited to see what kind of results I will see :).
Now that I have been exercising for 19 days straight, its definitely getting easier to get up and do it each day. I don't feel like it's taking as much effort or willpower to do this anymore. It's becoming a part of my routine, and even my 2 year old is recognizing this. He woke up early today, and watched patiently from the couch as his mama finished her exercises. Now he sits patiently waiting for his cuddle time before breakfast.
This being said, see you tomorrow! Have a great workout and glad to see that so many of you joining me! It feels great, doesn't it? You guys are stars!
I can do this. I too, am a star. :)

You are a star - I gave you an award today. Go to my blog to check out the details!
Melissa, you rock! Your journey encourages me on my own and then mine encourages my sister (or she is encouraged by you, too, and she encourages me...I don't know...I found you, though, so I'm taking credit!) and I bet the train continues...isn't that how life is?
Congratulations, Melissa. I've started doing more and knowing you're out there too is heartening!
Good Job! I give you props for getting up early. Exersising in front of Logan will teach him how important exersise is and you'll pass a very good habit onto him! Here are your starts! * * * * * * * * * *
A question? How do I browse blogs to read? I can't even find out how to do it under the help section!
They say it takes 21 days to form an exercise habit, so it makes sense that you are almost there! Eventually it won't be a question of willpower anymore, it will be a question of, "so what exercise do I get to do today?"
I'm so excited I found your blog! I read all of your posts and am really inspired by you. I have over 100 lbs to lose and boy, sometimes I just DON'T want to exercise! like this morning... but I made myself do it, and I am so proud now and feel so much better about myself!
Keep up the awesome work. I can't believe you exercised when you were sick, you are amazing.
Erin, I don't think it matters where inspiration or courage comes from :) (or who takes credit for it, so go for it!). I think what matters is that we take action on it! Good luck to you and your sister! If I can do this, so can you!
tobymine, I am right there with you. At this point, I need to lose probably 80 lbs more and that's why I am excited for this blog. It's so hard to get up and exercise everyday, I am right there with you. I just really don't want to. It's hard! I am so inspired by the people that I have met through this blog though, that I want to keep posting. The only way I can do that is if I have something to say and this blog is about exercise 365 days, so that's my excuse to exercise :). I am just reaping the benefits of my blog :). Good luck with your journey! I KNOW you can do this! If I can, so can you! :)
Thank you everyone for reading and your comments! It's what keeps me going :)
