Starting to feel back to normal.
Gonna be a short post as it's waaay passed my bedtime.
Twenty-five mins on the elliptical.
One day at a time. one choice at a time.
I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength.
Life is about choices. I make bad choices and I need God's help. I created this blog to keep myself accountable in my 365 day journey to exercise everyday in 2016 (successfully completed in 2009!) I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength!

Such a long day at work. I got home almost 2 hours late. I ran to the store to pick up some stuff to make blueberry buckle for my co-workers tomorrow. It's taking forever to bake and I just want to go to sleep. I've been doing squats waiting for it to bake. Ugh.

I just saw that day 39 was a draft and never posted... Oh well.
I just finished 30 mins on the elliptical. I'm having a really hard time waking up in the morning and I'm exhausted through the day. Idk why (there are some reasons but they have never hindered me before). I know these late night exercise sessions probably don't help. Anyway, I wish I would just wake up early and get exercise over with. I guess one day at a time? And maybe a more obnoxious alarm tone? lol.

Super late night so gonna make it quick...
This morning I did 20 minutes on the elliptical. I did an additional 30 minutes on the elliptical this evening.
