I just realized that I forgot to post about Tuesday, 11/9. That means that Tuesday was Day 313, and yesterday was day 314 (today is 315 but I'll post about that later). It's all screwy but whatever. They are consecutive so I am not going to fuss about what day is what number (technically this post is for day 313, not 314).
Tuesday was a workday. I had written down a number from my pedometer yesterday, before I put it on to go to class, and today I couldn't remember for the life of me why. I had that feeling like I was forgetting to do something, and I didn't throw that piece of paper out for a reason. lol. It was the number of steps I took on Tuesday at work. The number was 11920 (5.64 miles). Sweet. Thank goodness that I don't have a desk job because if I did, I would have not succeeded with this challenge...well I would probably have an hour for lunch if I had a desk job so I would have tried to make something work, but it's just such a blessing that I am forced to exercise on the days that I do work. I exercise whether I want to or not!
I honestly don't remember much about Tuesday except for that it was a workday and I didn't get home until after 9pm (was a LONG day). After I got home, I had to pound out some strips and study ventricle rhythms, bundle branch blocks and pacemaker rhythms for my exam the next day, which I already posted about--see the days are all screwy and bouncing around now. I was stressin' because I only had 1 day to review something that I had previously had a week to do. Then went straight to bed.
Anyway that's it. This is for Tuesday's post. Did my same 'ol work thing.
I can do this. I am a star.
