Today was a normal work day for the most part except that now I'm sitting in a wheel chairing the ER b/c I hurt my ankle transferring a patient from her bed to the chair. Bad idea.
Anyway I'll post more when I know more. My ankle hurts. That's about it.

UPDATE: I sprained my ankle around 11:30 yesterday morning and have to stay off of it for 2 days (including work & school :( ). I didn't have it addressed until close to the end of the day (6pm or so) because I wanted to see if I could walk it off. I couldn't. I still managed 10,718 steps for my short shift. I totally forgot about the 1st and doing measurements, mainly because I was working on the 1st, but I will post them this weekend. In the meantime I am going to focus on upper body exercises.

Bummer! But look at you, you didn't miss a beat; you just immediately made the plan o focus on upper body. :)
