Today I did The Biggest Loser Workout plan #3. Boy, the whole plan numbers thing is confusing (if you can't tell by yesterday's post). Plan #3 works fine on my DVD, so I wont have to worry about plan #2 and #4 (this is what I should have said yesterday) for another 3 weeks (I do plan 1 and 3 for 3 weeks not plan 2).
Plan #3 is strength and sculpt. I was breathing pretty heavily. I guess it could be considered a type of circuit training, because of how fast he moves from one muscle group to the other. When I did this months ago, it was a little difficult with my 5# weights, but Slim in 6 really helped to prepare me for this, which is great. I can totally handle my hand weights now, and they aren't too heavy. I miss the daily ab work with Debbie, but am interested to see how this "shock" from changing to a totally different type of workout routine, will change my body. Part of me thinks that I will see better results with Slim in 6 than with the Biggest Loser Workout, but only time will tell. We'll find out in 6 weeks!
I can't believe it's almost the start of month 3! Can you believe it?? It's almost 3 months in! yaay!

You so rock...we've worked out Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (as a group) and we're definitely doing it today, too. I think we've inspired Superman, too! I find the BL workouts to be HARD!
I can't believe you're already beginning your third month at the end of next week...isn't it amazing? Does it feel like a habit yet or is it still a chore?
