I did "Burn It Up!" again today, and was super pumped! I heard Logan starting to wake up 5 minutes into my workout, and decided that I would leave him there, until he absolutely protested to get out (about 30 minutes). I put my video on hold, went and got him, plopped him on the couch and was able to finish the resistance bands portion before he started crying for his snuggle time.
My plan is to finish this video TODAY, since I am more than 1/2 way done with it. The other day MizFit said that 10+10+10 mins of exercise (at different times), is 30 minutes of exercise although it's not all at one time (I remembered this as a debate in my exercise physiology classes), so I can still count it as 60 minutes of exercise, as long as I do it :).
All I need to finish is the leg kicking portion that I am not to fond of, the abs and yoga, so it won't be too hard to do. Logan is eating right now, and should be in a better mood afterward. He has had his daily dosage of Spongebob and that should be the cherry on top of it all.
