I don't know why I can't get into the swing of things, to exercise in the morning. I really want to. I wake up early enough, so that I have at least an hour to exercise before Logan wakes up, but I procrastinate for 1/2 hr and then say, "Nope! I'll exercise this afternoon instead." If I was just gonna do nothing, I might as well sleep in, ya know? lol.
Today I did Slim in 6's, "Burn It Up!" again and felt clunky (kind of like how I would feel if I were one of those big platform shoes that I used to wear in the 90s). I ate before and I think that's why. It wasn't a lot, but it was enough to be noticeable. I didn't feel crampy or anything, just sluggish. I got through it and that's all that matters. I thought there for a minute that I was going to stop, but I just took quick break, and then started back in again. I know that I would have been mad at myself if I stopped midway into the workout.
Now that I have stuck to this resolution, I am actually pretty excited about it. Time is flying by pretty quickly and I think that helps too :).
Anyway, hope you guys have a good workout and a great weekend! Any fun plans? It's rainy here, so we wont do anything, but check on a friends cat, since they are out of town. It's fun to watch Logan run around their house looking for their cat saying "meow? meow?" really softly. Logan doesn't know that the cat is actually hiding from him. Logan's so cute :). Have fun!

Awwww, Logan IS cute! Does eating before you exercise limit the benefits of the workout? I HAVE to eat before I exercise. Then I wait about an hour after I eat to exercise. I was sent a link to a crock pot recipe site. I don't know if it has anything you haven't seen before, but I thought I'd share it. I'm going to try some of them for dinners this week.
