I got up earlier this morning to exercise and actually turned "Burn it Up!" on. About 5 minutes into it, my knees really started to bother me--they just wont let me exercise early grrr! hurry up and work glucosamine!--so I did Slim & 6pack instead.
I got Logan up, did our stuff, and he decided to take a nap early today (11:30 am). Yaay! So I turned "Burn It Up!" on again, and my knees were fine this time. So today I guess I exercised twice! I am so excited to see the inches go down, and it's making me eager to exercise more :).
I mentioned a few days ago that I wasn't sure if I was going to take my measurements again at the end of Slim in 6, and that I was going to ask my hubby, but he never answered my question lol. So I decided to take the initiative and took a few measurements today, to decide if I want to do them on Friday (lol I know, totally silly). Well, I am DEFINITELY going to take them on Friday, because I have lost even more inches (yes! plural!)!! Yaay!
I am really glad I stuck to Slim in 6 and I would definitely suggest it to anyone wanting to see results. It's tough but she works you up to it. I'm almost sad to see it go, because I'm seeing great results, but I will definitely go back to it later on in the year (maybe sooner than later) once I need to shock my muscles again. (I linked that expression, just in case anyone doesn't know the importance of this when it comes to seeing results :))

is shocking your muscles how you get over plataues? (sp?) I need to get more workout videos so I can shock my muscles. I need my back better!! lol I'm eager to do more too and see results!
