I guess today is a (non) rest day. I had to keep myself from getting on the treadmill because of the amount of calories I am burning at work. I really wanted to do something, but I just don't want to eat anymore than I already have to (and haven't been btw...tisk tisk on me).
So today I did some quickfires. I did an overhead arm reach thing (brain fart), and did 50 on each side. My chest and back felt sore today when I woke up, so it felt good to be able to stretch them out.
I'll post some pictures tomorrow at the Walk From Obesity. We will be arriving around 8-8:30 so we shouldn't be back too late in the day. We might stop by my hubby's grandparents house though (we always do on the weekends), so it might be another late post.
Do whatever you can to make it count! Even if it is just some random quickfire challenges throughout your day. Those do count, and they are super easy to invent and add into the mix!
