Today I did the same thing that I did yesterday (stairs). I also had 2 transfers, so I was able to do my backwards lunge walking things.
When I got to work this morning and started up the stairs, I tried to get up them as fast as I could. Man I was winded by the time I got up. I wish I had my HRM on, cause I'm curious as to how high it got--I'm thinking 160's at least.
I'm exhausted so I'm gonna hit the sack. Last day in this stretch, until Sunday. Yaay!
If I can make it through work and still be in good spirits, then this (exercise) is a piece of cake!
I can totally do this. I am a star.

I know how tired you must be, but don't give up on your blogging! I'm sure there are many of us "lurkers", who enjoy the motivation you give us. I'm the one who wrote about mowing the lawn.. today I painted for two hours and my daughter is coming over to walk a 5K with me after her work.. I'm 59 years old and trying to work up to doing a 10K race.. thanks for all you do, Peggy
