I am so proud of myself. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but my brain did an awesome job today lol. I TOTALLY figured out how to incorporate exercise at work and not be stressed about it, and actually do it, without it being extra work! woo hoo!
The stairs!
I forgot that I worked on the top floor of the hospital. I didn't forget, but I forgot what that meant. That I can take the stairs!
So although I had my workday today, which was a busy busy day, I got my (non)rest day exercise in. Ten flights of stairs. I also moved around some beds today, so I consciously did some backwards lunges again. Felt great to accomplish something in 2 completely different areas of my life :).
*high fives brain*
I also realized that I would make my life a whole lot easier, if I would just take a shower when I get home from work and not worry about it in the morning. *high fives brain again*
sweet.
Hope you had a good day! Pop in on Friday to see my measurements :).
Take care!
I can do this. I am a star.
