Today was a long day at work. I got a lot of exercise though.
I started off quickfiring the stairs in the morning and then did a lot of walking. A LOT of walking...more so than usual. I even had to take a patient out to her car, pushing a wheel chair up an incline (my heart was pounding!) to the farthest corner of the hospital (valet). I had 4 discharges so that meant lots of transferring.
I'm exhausted. We also had the weigh in for the PCU Biggest Loser challenge. Fully clothed with my shoes and stuff on, I weighed 193.4. I think we weigh in again on November 21st, so I'll let you know what I weigh in. I hope I win!
Off to bed. Hope you all had a great day and were able to make it count. It's a great feeling, isn't it?
I can do this. I am a star.
