Today I did the Wii Fit Plus, as it is a "rest day" on EA Active Sports. I did 30 minutes and burned 109 calories. I want to continue to exercise, but I don't want to overdue it while I'm on this diet.

Not bad! We will see how tomorrow goes. Off to wake the Monkey Boy up!
