So this morning I did my measurements and weigh in like I said I would. I have all these numbers and am not sure how to make them look pretty. I didn't take as many as I did during my 2009 challenge bc...well IDK. Laziness? Also, I think part of me doesn't really care how many inches I lost off of my calves lol (although I know I have bc my boots aren't tight anymore!). I think I saved some of my Feb measurements over my Jan measurements cause they don't make sense. I'll try to figure it out later and make something similar to last time.
I lost 2.3 lbs this month, but an inch off of my hips, thighs, and arms, and 2 inches off of my chest. I don't know if these measurements I'm comparing to are Jan or Feb numbers, but either way, I'm happy.
I've lost almost 8 lbs (7.8 lbs) since Jan 1st. Slow and steady is what I want.
This morning I did 40 mins on the elliptical and forgot to put my fitbit back on. Yaar!! I hate when I do that! Oh well.
