Can ya'll guess what I did today? Yep. Dance Dance Revolution (DDR). This time I did it for 94 minutes and burned 482 calories. I didn't do it all at once, but throughout the day (30 min spurts).
Off to eat dinner w/ the family. Make today count! The simplest of things will do :).

I enjoy your posts, keep it up! DDR rules, one of the best games I own. Hey I just saw this new film that was awesome! I love the idea of doing a few smaller spurts of exercise. I do this while at work (I work in an office at a gym) and by the end of the day I can log about an hour or more of cardio and some strength training. It's definitely a great way to keep yourself busy and work hard! Keep it up
