Today i worked with my free weights. I worked on chest and triceps. I did a combination chest fly and chest press with 5 pound dumbbells 3 sets of 15. And I did tricep overhead extension and lying tricep extensions both 3 sets of 15 as well.
Have to work tomorrow. Yaay (boo). Wow... this week went by really fast. Btw, going to sleep early did not help me wake up any earlier this morning. In fact I was late again! Lol. Oye.
