I just got off the elliptical after watching another movie. It was an hour and 48 minutes long. It wasn't as good as yesterday's movie but it did the job. Lol. I got in my 10k steps for the day also.
One day at a time. one choice at a time.
I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength.
