Day 64

I totally forgot to blog last night's exercise. I always seem to do that right before work. Anyway I did a combo bicep curl and overhead press with dumbbells. I did three sets of 12. And they also did a bent over lat pulls. Also three sets of 12.

One day at a time. One choice at a time.

I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength.
