This morning I woke up and got onto the elliptical trainer for 20 minutes and then I got on again this evening for another 20 minutes. Tomorrow is the first of the month and I guess that means that I have to do measurements and a picture and all that jazz... Maybe I'll get around to getting a picture if I can get my husband to do it. I doubt there's been much change I just haven't felt like my heart is been in it at all this past month. We'll see.
