I just got off of the elliptical for 43 minutes (a full episode on netflix).I'm so tired but proud of myself for doing this on a work day. My motivation was knowing tomorrow is a holiday so I don't have to take the kids to school and can sleep in if my body let's me.
Off to bed.
One day at a time. one choice at a time.
I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength.
