Today I touched up my hair so I was on the elliptical lot today. I was on for a total of 42 minutes this morning while I was waiting for my hair to process and I got back on for additional 20 minutes before bed just to round off the hour. I'm tired so I'm going to bed.
One day at a time. One choice at a time.
I can do all things in Christ who gives me strength.
