Life is about choices. I make bad choices and I need God's help. I created this blog to keep myself accountable in my 365 day journey to exercise everyday in 2016 (successfully completed in 2009!)

Day 15
Today was just another day, nothing special. I spent most the day preparing for my older son's birthday party tomorrow. I got on to the elliptical for 20 minutes. See ya tomorrow.
