I worked and did my normal work thing, stairs and all. I did a lot of walking as I worked on the cardiac pod (have to walk CABG patients 3x a day and there are usually quite a few on the floor).
This is a late post and I can't remember much else about yesterday (totally forgot to post!) lol.

Glad ya'll liked the DLTBBB. I have been saying it just like that for years :). lol (I hope my son picks it up).
