Day 251 (day 6 / week 36)

Gotta make this quick because I have to leave for work now.

Yesterday I wore my HRM to work. I don't know if I mentioned this earlier, but I changed the batteries, and so it's giving me better numbers. It doesnt drop to the 70's or 120 from the 140s anymore.

The first time I wore my HRM to work, this is what I got:
13 hours, 1773 calories

This time:
12:40 hours, 2426 calories.

Big difference, and I wasn't even as busy yesterday as I was the first time I did it (kind of a cushy day until the end). I am glad I did it again (wore my HRM to work), so that I can adjust how much I am eating on sparkpeople. I'm sure I wasn't eating enough.

I also took the stairs again yesterday, which I don't think would affect the calorie burn 700 calories (wouldn't that be nice, to walk stairs for less than 5 minutes and burn 700+ calories? lol).
I decided to do my own Quickfire Challenges again, and make the stairs, going down, count by doing knee lifts on each step. My quads were burning by the time I got to teh bottom.
