It's actually a picture from the end of my workout from EA Sports Active 2. I do use Sparkpeople to track my workouts though. You can use their presets or you can add your own workout if you know your time and calorie burn :).

theirs a lot of blogs about exercise but this one has something different about it and keep doing what you doing to make this blog different.
