I love that you still do something physical on those days and I think that body awareness will help you in the long run. I just did Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred and totally "Anita-ed out", on Level 1! But, I did it. I'm not sure this is something I can do at 5:30 in the mornings? But I've got to figure out how to get it done for the next 29 days now that I did Day 1!
