I never thought about it until I read on your blog, I would do the same thing start exercising strong take a rest day after working out several days and then one more rest day and then one more... Because of you I have set up an mini challenge to myself to exercise everyday in the month February! My bottom is more defined...it doesn't just merge into my thigh anymore (lol), I have a tiny glimmer of a waist now, and I don't look pregnant anymore--the upper part of my stomach is flattening out. I think my face looks a little thinner as I see cheek bones when I put on my makeup on, and I definitely FEEL a lot better--I sleep better at night and am more restful in general, I stopped snoring completely (yaay!), I am a lot more flexible, have more energy, I haven't been eating as much, or as unhealthy although my diet isn't perfect (I am not on a "diet" at all)--it just doesn't feel physically good to eat greasy take out anymore. I also feel longer, if that makes any sense. I've been exercising 5x per week since the new year and I just love being able to see a little bit of results!
