So I'll probably be taking a little more time off.
I'm not letting it get to me though, because there are some things in life you just have to take as they come.E.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16536368785477368322noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-692431239267587896.post-55724493134704839942009-08-30T05:04:53.607-07:002009-08-30T05:04:53.607-07:00I have a friend that says her tiny littlve voice (...I have a friend that says her tiny littlve voice (TLV) is a SCREAMER! It seems that the transformation your undergoing is as much in your thought processes as it is in your physical body.
Your on such an amazing journey. Thank you for candidly sharing such a personal life event. I am learning a lot from you.
The tricky issue for women seems to be learning to love ourselves, and fighting our negative inner voice.
You have certainly given me food for thought. Think I'll go chew on it for awhile. :)
love, EllenMissEllenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02545765865144362492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-692431239267587896.post-70448547868664799652009-08-29T17:27:17.625-07:002009-08-29T17:27:17.625-07:00Glad your toe feels better and wow, I can totally ...Glad your toe feels better and wow, I can totally understand how that news would upset you about Jacyee.

I don't know if you have a contingency for days where you might be sick or throwing up or something, but exercise is exercise.

Just because you may not work out as hard as you do when you're feeling good does not mean you didn't exercise.

Even walking to the bathroom and throwing up is exercise! I was so like, "Oh, MAN that is going to just eat her up inside because of the emotional impact of a possible break" - like I bet you had trouble falling back asleep, right? Right?

You're a perfectionist, and therefore one of the hardest lessons you have to learn on this world is... to let it go.

Sounds like you're on your way! And yes, it's not that you didn't exercise one day - you just forgot to have the intention one day - but you actually DID do it, so you are still kosher, as we like to say. :)

You should be SO proud of yourself!Miriam the Mommyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15902370821659060535noreply@blogger.com
