I never fully appreciated it until now! lol.

Hi Dani Joy! Congrats on your weight loss and I wish you well in your journey. One of my favorite scriptures is Phil 4:4-7;13, and totally believe it when it says that we can do all things in Christ who strengthens us. Amen for that! I definitely wouldn't be where I am right now w/out His help! I'll be sure to follow your progress! Thanks for stopping by! :)

I hope your household is feeling better Erin :). Thank you so much for your constant support! I hope you know how much I appreciate your bloggy friendship! :) I am going to attempt to modify some of the yummy recipes on your blog--if it works out, I'll definitely let you know! :)

Hi Miss Ellen! How's the gardening going? I need to stop by to see how your garden is and everything. I feel out of touch! I feel okay. I thought I would have much more energy by now. I feel like if I don't have some sort of caffeine multiple times a day, I am going to fall asleep (even after I've exercised--but like hours after). My body DEFINITELY feels stronger--and much more flexible! It's so great! Hope all is well :)! :)Melissa Henninghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00106750327155319188noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-692431239267587896.post-1541055619842744732009-05-03T23:11:00.000-07:002009-05-03T23:11:00.000-07:00Hello Melissa, long time- no hear. :) Your current...Hello Melissa, long time- no hear. :) Your current stats are dazzling. 123 days in a row of exercising. Does your body feel stronger?
I'm so proud of you, keep up the good work.
hugs,
EllenMissEllenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02545765865144362492noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-692431239267587896.post-67133763613589412072009-05-03T19:00:00.000-07:002009-05-03T19:00:00.000-07:00Yay, Melissa...I told you! 1/3 of a year is alrea...Yay, Melissa...I told you! 1/3 of a year is already done! God gives us strength when we don´t feel like we can keep on. You must be feeling so much healthier.
I have lost 17 lbs since January and want to lose another 15 - 20 more. This has been a journey for me as I didn´t really think I could stick to it. When I saw the weight start falling off and I started to feel better I had to keep at it.
You look great and I am sure it´s going to be worth it all! Keep up the hard work! I have a few fitness blog links on my blog if you would like to check them out. I post a fitness post every Friday too.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18439689700601562619noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-692431239267587896.post-92208225406643381142009-05-03T10:56:00.000-07:002009-05-03T10:56:00.000-07:00I was really surprised that my shoe size changed w...I was really surprised that my shoe size changed when I lost weight - mostly because I was already a 9N, so I didn't really think there was anywhere for them to go, but they're down to an 8.5.
Congratulations on being able to wear real shoes again! And 7.5 is a good size - I always see 7.5s on the sale rack....8.5s always get snapped up!!!!
Yay Day 123!!!E.https://www.blogger.com/profile/16536368785477368322noreply@blogger.com
