Day 60 (day 4 / week 9)

Today is the 1st of the month (just in case any of you live under a rock *wink* lol). It's also day 60! In 5 more days, I will only have 300 days left until I can say that I completed my 2009 new years resolution :).

I was really excited to take my measurements again to see what kind of progress I am making. I am not losing as many pounds as I would like, which is always disappointing, but I am losing a whopping butt-load of inches, and that excites me (especially in my legs!!). I weighed myself this morning when I woke up, and decided that I was going to use the last weight I had from 2 days ago--I got gung-ho and wanted to peek on my weight--because it is probably more representative than what it was today. Aunt Flo is a water packrat and seems to be holding onto about 5# of water (grumble). I am absolutely sorry for the TMI, but I wanted to explain why I didn't use today's weight (I know it's tacky of me to mention).

Anyway, today I did the 30 Day Shred (day 6) and went back to Level 1, because after thinking about it, I don't know if I was quite ready to jump to level 2 yet--and also I just like it better (lol). I don't feel like it's easy for me yet and I will move onto level 2 when I can complete the entire thing without pausing momentarily during the side squat/lateral raise part, and the transition from the jumping jacks to the jump roping part.

Onto the good stuff! Here are my progression pictures (oldest to most recent), and the measurements below. In Jan I didn't measure anything but what milliondollarbody.com has me do on my profile, so there wont be a "total lost" for all of the measurements, just the first 3. Next month, all of them will be yellow, so that we can see the numbers increasing :).

L wrist: 6" /6.25" (-0.25")

I am blown away and so excited by the loss I have had in my thighs! I am not surprised though, cause they are huge to begin with, and every exercise I have done this far, has had a lot of lunges and squats.

So that's it! This month I lost a total of 24" over my entire body and almost 4 lbs. Pretty sweet and such a blessing...and so motivating!

I hope you guys have a great workout and a great Sunday!

I can do this. I am a star!

You look great! (You hair got longer too! :) )

I am competing with my dad to see who can lose the most body fat % in six weeks, so I did measurements last night, i.e. 2 weeks after the first ones. Big mistake! Go you just for having the discipline to only measure once a month!!!

Keep it up!

Great stats! You should be so proud of yourself - and just because the scale doesn't go down - the inches are what matter - good job!
