Day 54 (day 5 / week 8)

I'm so excited! First let me get the boring stuff out of the way:

Today I did Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred, and I really enjoyed it. Of course, I went out to the mailbox to see if my Turbo Jam video was here yet lol (nada). There were a lot of jumping jacks, and I was fine *shrugs.* She annoys me a little bit, but when I say I want to workout, this is what I want to do. This kind of intensity and movement, is what I love. It gives me the same kind of vibe that the Beachbody videos do.

Speaking of Beachbody (here comes the exciting stuff!!), the owner of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler, commented on my blog yesterday (how exciting!!)! I have mentioned a few times, that I go to team beachbody and workout with other live people on WOWY. I mentioned that a guy that I don't know (DaleBramall) keeps sending me workout invites that I have been going to on a regular basis. Well Carl Daikeler is trying to break the record for the most people working out together, on WOWY at one time (currently 522 people, 11:40 ET, 5/5/07), and has set a date! You don't have to be doing beachbody workouts to do this. You can be a walker, or run on the treadmill, or do yoga, strength training, stretch or whatever you want! There is an option for all of these and for "other" if you don't know what to select, and you just fill in the time you workout (it prompts you to do everything and it's FREE).

If all of you guys could join me, I would be honored and excited (did I mention that it's FREE??)!

Here is the message Carl left (so exciting):

You might consider the Ten Minute Trainer for squeezing in a routine, especially when you're dealing with a kid's schedule!

But it seems like you've got a solid plan no matter what.

Now, is it possible you could also join us March 7th for a massive online workout, and help get the word out? I want to get people like you to the Beachbody WOWY Gym (www.wowy.com) to break the record of people working out at the same time, Saturday March 7th at 11AM ET/8AM PT.

It would be great if you can make it and bring some people with you!

So all you guys have to do is register with WOWY (www.wowy.com) and click "sign up now." It's free, and they wont sell your address', send you any junk mail or emails. You don't need a coach (they will assign you one), and I believe once you sign up, it takes you to milliondollarbody.com.

Find WOWY (on the right blue banner), and on Saturday March 7th at 11AM ET/8AM PT, click on "Start workout now" and follow the prompts. I suggest just playing around with it, so that when the actual date comes, you aren't flustered and don't know what to do, or where to go. I will also post reminders :).

This will be so much fun! I'm so excited! He included a link to become a coach, but I cant afford the $40 start up fee and additional $14. I just like working out with them. I also hate pushing products. I don't want this blog to become about that. Maybe someday *shrugs.*

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me in the comments, or send me an email.

I'm so excited about this!

We can do this! We are STARS!

I just figured out that my feed reader ISN't receiving feeds and wanted to let you know that I'm not ignoring you! Because of you, I've started my 3 week of consistent exercise with the Red Fox (excluding the first week and a half that was cut short by sickness). I tell everyone about it and am so proud of you.
